Travel: Beverly Hills, LA.
My mother and I, Francesca were thrilled to finally get back to America and stay at one of The Leading Hotels of the World, Mr C in Beverly Hills. As an Italian myself, I really appreciated the Bellini’s on arrival and signature Italian restaurant downstairs. The interior of the hotel was unique and had a vintage feel. The halls featured pale pink walls, black and white photographs and delightful life size mirrors the moment you stepped out of the lift.
After we got dressed for the day we headed to 'The Grove' shopping centre and had a look around. Later that day Tatjana arrived and thanks to the hotel ' Town Car and Driver' we were able to slip down to Rodeo Drive for some more shopping.
Next stop: Lunch at the Ivy and visiting the Hollywood Hills sign!
Luckily, we had a great Uber driver who took us by car to the sign, it is accessible by street. Anyone who stands in this exact spot in work out gear is telling a tale, as this is not the hike location. (Hense the heels)
After scoping out LA's must sees we decided that for our last day, we would visit Malibu. I was dying to have lunch at this particular Nobu. After hearing such great things and having had dined at Nobu all around the world with my mother, we knew what to expect and were very excited. Francesca and I were thrilled to be showing Tatjana an experience like this one along with many others from our amazing trip. Next stop.. New York!
